I’m Katherine Saltzberg, a results-driven parenting coach who helps parents take back control of their households. I was a desperate step-parent and then thrust into single-motherhood.
I’ve been where you are—exhausted, anxious second-guessing myself, wondering why nothing was working. I tried gentle-parenting and the expert's suggestions which sounded so good, but didn't really work but when they did it was only for the short-term only, like a new-fad diet. Out of desperation and my marriage falling apart because we weren't on the same page, I was desperate to found out what worked. Then I found what actually works.
Now, I teach parents exactly how to set boundaries, follow through, and create a home that runs with less stress and more respect. My mission is to help you have a great relationship with your kids and ensure you do not make the same mistakes I did, or at least not for very long.
I also offer group presentations for schools, parent groups, churches, synagogues, corporations, and seminars. If your organization wants real solutions delivered with humor, energy, and clear takeaways, let’s talk.
Parenting should be easier. Let’s make it happen.

How to Have Empathy and Boundaries at the Same Time was an unequivocal hit with our parents at Millikan Middle School! Katherine’s presentation gave parents valuable insight into how to navigate the tricky years of middle school. Katherine engaged parents and effectively addressed their questions and concerns. She provided useful advice on how parents can give their children space while also navigating their children’s lives and education. We look forward to having Katherine back at Millikan next year!”
